Development of agricultural sector in this sub-province very fast like development of plantation of cacao, Arabica coffe, fishery and ranch of ox.

In this Sub-Province there are protected forest which growed by flower of Rafflesia Arnoldi especially in August. forest of Konak or Forest of Sehasen in Kepahyang represent interesting tourism object. Others Tourism object are PLTA Musi Suro Ilir and Suro Bali. A water Tourism object which if managed better will give  advantage to this area.

If you pay a visit to Kepahyang you'd find shops alongside road that selling is assorted of plantation product and fruits like banana, and papaw or alpocado, and also don't forget crunchy bean or banana of salai.

In this sub-province also there are plantation of tea which is famous enough that is Kabawetan which located in hillside of kaba. Kabawetan represent producer of green tea in Province of Bengkulu.

Muko-muko

Muko-Muko is  sub-province residing in shares most north province of Bengkulu. Sub-Province of Muko-Muko represent sub-province which is just formed of  by part of sub-province of  north of Bengkulu.

Sub-province of Muko-Muko is coastal area. Alongside sub-province of muko-muko are sloping coast. Most work of citizen of muko-muko is fisherman, merchant and farmer.

Potency of sea fisher in muko-muko very big and not yet is fully managed. If sea fisher potency have been managed better hence level life of fisherman society of goodness.

From other side, coastal tourism potency in muko-muko very big. The beautiful sea, sloping coast not yet been managed professionally. Need the existence of foreign investment to develop coastal tourism potency over there.

Beautiful coast not yet been supported by lodging medium and also adequate hotel. Muko-Muko await attendance of hotel, investor and restouran readying to develop over there.

Region of Mukomuko cover five district Lubuk Pinang, Teras Terunjam, Pondok Suguh, Mukomuko Selatan, dan Mukomuko Utara. Agricultural sector covering food crop, plantation, ranch, forestry, and fishery become backbone economics of this new sub-province. Its production Maize 21.529 ton, cassava 24.608 ton , soy 646 ton, and green peanut 763 ton.
